Presenting Kolar’s biggest talent hunt. STAR OF KOLAR (Season 2) Highway Star is presenting talented contestants a platform to showcase their skills of singing and dance in different genres in order to win the coveted Star of Kolar. The winner/s will walk away with Rs. 1,00,000 in cash prize along with the Star of Kolar trophy.

o Participants must be residents of Kolar District.

o Participants for the auditions can register either online from September 1st to 10th onwards or in person at highway star,Kolar on September 3rd to 4th between 10:30am to 5:30pm.

o Registration Fee: Solo Singing/Solo Dance is Rs.300 and GroupDance is Rs1000 and Mode of Payment is Cash

o Participants Registering Online/Offline need to be pay the Registration fee at Highway Star, Kolar - SOK Desk between 1pm to 5pm before 10th September 2022

o Required Documents : Aadhaar Card/Pancard/Passport/Govt Issued ID’s with Kolar/Kolar District Address - Original & 1 Copy of Xerox and 1 Passport Size Colour Photo

o The Participant(s) should be of sound mind and health and must not be disqualified by law or have any criminal record.

o Participants under the age of 18 should get a written consent form from parents or guardians.

o Only Two categories are Singing and Dancing, can be presented as Solo singing, Solo dancing or Group Dancing.

• Solo Singing age must be 16 to 40 years and Solo Dancing age must be 16 to 35 years as on September 1st 2022.
• Group Dance: Junior Categoty age must be 10 to 16 years and Senior Category age must be 16 to 35 years as on September 1st 2022.

o Participants are eligible for multi category; Total prize money is applicable for the winner irrespective of solo or group performance.

o Group dancing can have a maximum of 8 participants only.

o Participants must get their own sound tracks for dancing and karaoke tracks for singing for auditions and rounds, It has to be submitted during registration (Organiser will not be responsible for any poor quality or glitches in the sound track).

o Participant must take care of their costumes and makeover for the event.

o Participants are allowed to perform for 3 minutes only.

o Participants who are selected at the auditions should go through the subsequent rounds to get selected for grand finale and anyone missing any one round will be forfeited from the competition.

o Participants must agree and sign the terms and conditions set by Highway star and Star of Kolar.

o Decision of the judges is final and binding on all participants.

o Any participant’s unruly, indecent, unacceptable public behaviour shall forfeit his/her participation in the contest.
